This Privacy Policy explains how zoubobAI LLC (“zoubobAI”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit zoubobai.com or use our mobile applications and web tools (collectively, the “Services”).

Our approach is simple: we collect as little information as possible, we use it only to run and improve our Services, and we never sell your personal information.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

If you contact us by email (for example, at help@zoubobai.com), we receive your email address and the contents of your message, including any information you choose to include, such as your name or screenshots. We use this information only to respond to you and provide support.

Information collected automatically

Our website does not require an account, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we use analytics or crash reporting in our apps or on this website, that data is anonymous or aggregated — for example, device model, operating system version, feature usage counts, and crash logs. It is not used to identify you personally and is not linked to your email address.

Website technical logs

Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider processes standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and request time) in order to deliver pages, protect against abuse, and keep the site performing well. We do not use this information to build profiles about visitors.

3. How we use information

We use the limited information described above to:

• Respond to your questions and provide customer support;
• Operate, maintain, and improve our website, apps, and web tools;
• Diagnose and fix technical problems, including crashes;
• Protect the security and integrity of our Services; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information for behavioral advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.

4. No selling of personal data

5. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate our business. These providers process limited information on our behalf:

• Apple — our iOS apps are distributed through the App Store. App Store purchases, subscriptions, and refunds are processed by Apple under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. Crash reports for our iOS apps may also be processed through Apple systems.
• Hosting and CDN — this website is served with the help of a hosting/content delivery provider (currently Cloudflare), which processes technical request data as described in Section 2.
• Analytics and crash reporting — if we use analytics or crash-reporting services, they process the anonymous, aggregated data described in Section 2 on our behalf.
• Payment processors — payments for our iOS apps are handled entirely by Apple as described above; we never receive your payment card details. If we ever sell products or services through the website, we will use a reputable payment processor and will never store your full card number on our systems.

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of zoubobAI LLC, our users, or others.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Support email correspondence is generally retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up on issues, after which it is deleted. Anonymous or aggregated analytics data may be retained longer, since it does not identify individuals. We may retain information longer where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (such as US state privacy laws or the EU/UK GDPR) to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, or to object to certain processing. We honor these rights regardless of where you live, within the limits described below.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at help@zoubobai.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We will verify your request as needed and respond within the time required by applicable law (typically within 30 days; up to 45 days where a longer period applies).

Please note that because our apps generally collect little or no personal data, in many cases the only information we hold about you is your support correspondence, if you have contacted us.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy rights.

8. Children’s privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at help@zoubobai.com and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the protection of your information seriously and review our practices regularly.

10. International visitors

zoubobAI LLC is organized in the United States, and our Services are operated from the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, please note that information may be processed in the United States or other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we may also announce them within our apps or on this website. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
